Like many people, I've wrestled with the frustration of my weight for the best part of my adult life. It's a constant effort! Whether balancing the demands of family, work, travelling for work, hitting career milestones, or pursuing further education and professional development, it often means there is little time left for taking care of yourself.

I found myself stuck in the endless loop of diet culture for what felt like an eternity, desperately searching for that silver bullet to 'fix me', only to feel more defeated every. single. time! I tried every possible approach, leaving no stone unturned.

When I decided it was time to take charge. I committed to prioritising my long-term health and teamed up with some amazing professionals specialising in fat loss and sports performance. Together, we embarked on a journey to find a sustainable path that would allow me to perform at my best and achieve my goals.

A few years ago, I decided to push my personal physical capabilities by taking up road cycling. My goal? To participate in an 82-kilometre charity ride from Sydney to Wollongong alongside my colleagues. Crazy at the time!

This decision ignited a genuine passion for everything related to sports science, and since then, I've participated in various long-distance endurance events, challenging peak climbs, and regular club races—all supported by a thoughtful approach to nutrition.

Inspired by this transformative journey, I decided to take things up a notch and qualify as a Nationally Recognised Nutritionist to join the Nutrition Council of Australia. I am also currently undertaking certification as a Strength and Conditioning Coach.

 

My mission: To empower others to achieve holistic well-being by harmonising physical and mental strength.

Fuelled by my passion for health and vitality, my dedication now lies in inspiring others to embrace change and create an active lifestyle, fuel their bodies with purposeful nutrition, and build enduring strength.

I have an unwavering belief in the transformative power nutrition plays in balanced living, as I aim to create a community where every action, coaching guidance, and nutritional decision propels people like you toward their highest potential.
